Why I started New Dad Life
My name is Ash. I'm dad to my 18-month-old son, Leo. We're currently travelling the world with my wonderful wife.
When my little one was born, my brain was swimming with questions about how to be a good parent and partner, but I felt like I had nowhere to turn to get answers. I figured there must be other dads out there, like me, who want to show up for their family in the best way possible. Enter New Dad Life. An online community to help dads figure things out at any stage of fatherhood.
